The next edition of glasstec 2026 is already on the horizon … and with it, one of the most inspiring platforms for innovation in our field: glass technology live.
As the central innovation showcase of glasstec, Glass Technology Live presents cutting-edge developments, visionary concepts, and tangible exhibits that reflect the future of glass in architecture and construction. The exhibition is widely recognized as a key driver of innovation, bringing together research, industry, and design in a unique format.
For the upcoming edition in October 2026 in Düsseldorf, we are inviting researchers, designers, engineers, and industry partners to contribute their ideas and projects.
This is not about polished products or market-ready solutions. Instead, we are looking for forward-thinking concepts, experimental approaches, and bold visions that address the major challenges shaping our built environment today. Key themes include circular economy, decarbonisation, and digital technologies – topics that are at the core of the industry’s transformation.
