Dear colleagues, partners, friends,
You are cordially invited to the 13th edition of The Future Envelope – Conference on Building Envelopes, to be held on Tuesday 9th June 2020, in the AULA of the TU Delft (NL).
The theme of the conference is ‘User Centred Facades’. During the conference we will aim at answering the following questions: What are the trends that determine the future of the building envelope? How can we understand the impact that facades have on user comfort and wellbeing? What technological solutions enable the best interaction of façade and user? How can the user get involved and how can we design new processes to support cocreation? These questions will be addressed in the following sessions:
session 1 – user comfort
session 2 – engineered performance
session 3 – technology & user interface
session 4 – design & co-creation
FE13: User Centred Facades is organised by the Architectural Facades and Products Research Group from the Chair Design of Construction and the Chair of Building Product Innovation, TU Delft in cooperation with the European Façade Network (EFN).
