It is the headquarters for one of Germany’s leading insurance companies. The 124.88 meters tall building has a double skin glazed facade, the outer facade acts as a weather shield and the inner facade accommodates openable windows to allow individual control. The daylight had efficiently used and the whole system allows passive cooling with night storage to reduce the need for air conditioning.
