Capricorn house – Düsseldorf is an low-energy building and had been designed by Gatermann + Schossig. The building has a rhythmic façade of red and clear glass panels. The façade built from a developed i-modul façade units, which is a cladding system that houses the main building services. The façade units consists of unitized cladding panels with around 20 cm in depth, which increasing by integrating the building service components both, the available area and the flexibility of the interior.
