The session “Glass Melting Pot – Bringing Together Research and Industry” provides a platform for researchers and industry partners to present and discuss their research ideas in front of an international audience of glass experts. Participants come from various fields including industry, engineering, design, academia, as well as public institutions and authorities.
The aim of this session is to initiate and strengthen the dialogue between research and industry on current and future research and development directions in the fields of glass technology, design, and production.
We hereby announce the call for abstracts for the upcoming event “Glass Melting Pot – Bringing Together Research and Industry.” Researchers and innovators are invited to submit their ideas and ongoing projects.
During the session, selected contributors will present their concepts and research projects in short pitches, followed by discussions with the international audience of glass experts. The format is designed to encourage exchange, feedback, and the development of new collaborations between research and industry.
