///Kick-off for the “FunkBau” Network: Functional Building Components for the Future
On October 28, 2025, the partners of the newly founded network “Funktionalisierung Bauteile” (FunkBau) met for the first time at TU Darmstadt. Officially launched at the beginning of October, the network unites companies and research institutions working on innovative, functional building components that enhance both architecture and performance.
The meeting focused on getting to know each other and identifying opportunities for collaboration. In an open and creative atmosphere, the partners discussed initial project ideas and shared their expertise. Many already had experience from previous collaborations, ensuring a strong foundation of trust and innovation.
