///Students and ISM+D on Tour
A group of 20 students from the Fachbereich Bau- und Umweltingenieurwissenschaften at Technische Universität Darmstadt, together with a team from Institute of Structural Mechanics and Design and Glass Competence Center – GCC, is currently on an excursion in Chile.
The journey began with a seminar on building and façade research in collaboration with Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Afterwards, the group visited architecture highlights and companies in Santiago.
They are now exploring the Atacama Desert, including visits to geysers, observatories, and more unique sites.
