Yes, this is a usual process – but always inspiring again! Members of all the Institute’s research groups present the current state of the research and the individual PhD project there – to evaluate, criticize and improve. And it is always nice to see how things develop in one year – until it ends with a PhD defence. Good interaction and good vibes – thanks for this!
