The starting point of this study was to check a potential the structural risk of the façade of the administration building. Different scenarios had been investigated, to find out if improvement process should be taken into account for the involved areas. The combination between constructive methods with the existing service unites and new decentralized installations would – if future developed – lead to significant impact on energy consumption and comfort.
